The connecting rod is a die-forged carbon steel part. Its large end part is horizontally divided into three parts.
The item is strictly produced in accordance with Daihatsu Japan original technical standard and drawings. The performance of it is the same as Daihatsu Japan genuine part, and also, it is able to be exchanged with Daihatsu Japan genuine part.

1.1. Do not apply lubricating oil or grease to the rear surface of the shell. Inclusion of oil will cause the reduction of adhesion.
1.2. Be sure to install the connecting rod large end part after matching the cylinder number, so that the embossed seat may be in the position directed toward the front side of the engine
1.3. Since the bolt number is notched on the bolt, be minded to mount the bolt in the original position without fail, not mistaking the assembling position.
1.4. If the tightening of bolt is insufficient, it will not only damage the bearing shell and large end part serration, but also incur serious accidents such as the breakage of bolt, and therefore be minded to securely tighten the bolt.
1.5. Confirm that the discrimination numbers of the large end part and the small end part are identical.
