As one of the subsidiaries of CSSC, DPM was established in April, 2012. The company mainly produces MAN, DAIHATSU medium and low-speed marine diesel engine cylinder heads, connecting rods, MAK diesel engine connecting rods and related supporting products. It is a production base for power accessories that integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and distribution one-stop service.
The products can meet the standard requirement of various world classification societies, such as CCS,LR,ABS,NK,BV,DNV,GL, etc.The products are exported to all over the world.
The cylinder head is of cast iron with an integrated charge air receiver, made in one piece. It has a bore-cooled thick walled bottom.
The item is strictly produced in accordance with MAN original technical standard and drawings. The performance of it is the same as MAN genuine part, and also, it is able to be exchanged with MAN genuine part.
It follows NOx technical files and has the NOx ID on its body.

1.1. Since the items mentioned in this section will be the parts to which NOx Technical Code shall be applied, when replacing any of these parts, be sure to use the parts provided with the identification marks.
1.2. The exhaust manifold mounting bolt is made of stainless steel. Be careful not to mix with other general bolts.
1.3. When suspending the cylinder head, be sure to use the specified suspending implement, and be minded to strictly observe the use standard of the wire rope.
1.4. Since the items mentioned in this section will be the parts to which NOx Technical Code shall be applied, when replacing any of these parts, be sure to use the parts provided with the identification marks.
1.5. Do not use a gas burner to remove carbon. It may cause hardening of the O-ring due to high temperature and deterioration of the materials due to local heating.
1.6. Do not apply any anti-seizure agent or lubricant oil to the cylinder head gasket surface.
1.7. Be careful not to mistakenly attach the cylinder head tightening nut with the upper and lower surface upside-down.
