The item is strictly produced in accordance with MAN original technical standard and drawings. The performance of it is the same as MAN genuine part, and also, it is able to be exchanged with MAN genuine part.
PRECAUTIONS:
1.1. Be minded to replace the crank pin bolt and connecting rod joint bolt every 16,000 to 24,000 hours (4 to 5 years), even when the appearance problem is not found.
1.2. The initial tightening torque of new connecting rod bolts should be marked on the bolts according to the torque requirements in the manual. The big end hole of the connecting rod is processed to standard size.
1.3. The connecting rod bolts should be tightened according to the marks of points "A" and "B", and the connecting rod bolts should be marked as the torque standard.
1.4. Change the tightening torque of the connecting rod bolts. After ensuring that the connecting rod is in good working condition, the large end aperture of the connecting rod is tightened to the standard size, and then mark the new connecting rod bolt to form a new tightening Force distance standard.
